i am a telephone operator in the u.s. trying to learn arabic in order to serve our customers better. i thought it might be best to start with basic phrases that a telephone operator might use to help arabic speakers who don't speak english. examples might be; do you have a calling card? what is the toll free number? who are you trying to contact? one moment please while i connect you. these are just a few examples of what i am trying to learn. i would really appreciate any advice or feedback on this matter that anyone could help with. have a nice day, sincerely, larry
