We are a group of Arabic native-speakers/students who share the love of our wonderful language: Arabic, and would like to help all students of Arabic language all over the world for free. Thus we are creating a set of easy, yet integrated lessons/exercises on the Arabic and Egyptian (most common Arabic dialect) languages, that is the target of ArEg website. Our top focus is to make the student able to form different phrases quickly, while trying to form phrases, consulting our lessons here, the dictionary, or any other source will enhance student's vocabulary, and give him/her the real 'sense' of the language, We believe that this way, Arabic won't be the language that is thought to be difficult to learn. To obtain the best value from ArEg, you are recommended to go to Phrasebase website where you can find thousands of Arabic phrases and their translation in English. While phrases are found there in Phrasebase, ArEg website will teach you how and why those phrases were formed like that.

ArEg stands for "Arabic and Egyptian". It started as simple grammar lessons for Arabic language and Egyptian dialect. These grammar lessons evolved to an active website offering facilities not only for learning Arabic language, but also for exploring Arab culture/arts. ArEg currently has the following sections:

• Free Arabic lessons online, mainly grammar lessons augmented with online exercises.
• Free Egyptian lessons online, mainly grammar lessons augmented with online exercises.
• Arabic music/video clips with subtitles and translations.
